Out of the box whois feature for artefact type IP

Resilient has an out of the box feature for whois but only for artefact type domain.

What about IP ?

As Xforce does have it for IP, it should be an easy feature to add

This is currently supported in Cloud pak for Security 1.5 via XFE provided threat intelligence.
