Full-Featured Email Client Module

Investigation of incidents very often requires extensive email communication with incident contacts (reporting individuals, system owners, managers, witnesses etc.). Resilient should have an in-built email integration (similar to most helpdesk or ticketing systems) that would allow direct emailing and reply processing. All outgoing and incoming email communication should be automatically added to the Incident. Ideally, the email client should support S/Mime and PGP encryption with global cert store.
