Hi Michael! R-I-626 seems similar but serves a different purpose. 626 wants to show a notification that is informational only, and doesn't require interaction. This idea, and 638, are more about prompting for more information in a custom interactive form.
Could we get a little more context as to where the pop up function would be used in a workflow? How would these pop ups interact with tasks in your mind? Does it have to operate like a function where it runs on the integration server or is it more of a block within the workflow editor?
I have linked the ideas on my end and will move them all to uncommited candidates, the idea has come up a number of times recently.

I wish to be able to notify user without the user telling 'I didn't saw'.
Currently the popup notification is only temporary and could be missed by user
It could be another web windows or an overlaping windows within the resilient webpage

The idea might be to extend the current helper.fail to a "help.success" box check that does not break WF/Process
