Customize the "My Task" view to add Incident priority or any Incident field to filter the tasks

When SOC assigns tasks with clear instructions to as in what customer end Security officers should perform. They only look into the task to know the Incident related information and action to be taken.

And when they have huge list of tasks assigned to them and actioning on them in timely manner is key.

Security Officers will want to look at the tasks based incident priority, So that they can work on High priority Incident related tasks first and then move on to Medium and low.

As of now user cant customize the "My Task" view to add Incident priority or any Incident field to filter the tasks.

Customization option will make response from Security officer well-times

    We would appreciate this feature.

    But in addition to the idea we would need a more generic "My Tasks" view like the incidents view where I can filter ALL tasks (not only my personal ones) based on all possible fields.

    Use Case: I am responsible for several incidents (case owner) and my team colleagues are assigned to individual tasks. Possible views:

    • I want to have an overview about all tasks where I am a case owner

    • I want to have an overview about all tasks for a specific colleague

    Today, I only can go to the search, enter the name of one person whose tasks I want to see and select to search only in tasks. This is not very convenient.
