The rules page can become very large with 100s of rules defined.
Currently there is no description field in the rule definition which would help with tracking purpose of a rule.
Also the ability to organised and group rules would help to consolidate and clearly present those rules developed for specific playbooks.
A description field (with a Last Edited timestamp) would provide tremendous value with maintaining a large rule set.

Tagging the Rule in the future to link it to e.g. one or a set of Integrations or WFs or . would be an extra requirement related to this

I definitely endorse this idea, coming from a big review & manual transfer of Fields/Rules/Scripts between systems. Fields have the tooltip as some form of comment and in Scripts comment lines can be added as appropriate. But Rules have nothing...

It would be very helpful to describe the operation/intent of the Rule. This will add context to any Master Admins who did not create it themselves. It will help a good deal in organization as well.
