Email Response to be added into Incident Merged

While working on incident using Email Outbound Templates, any response on that Incident via email should be added to Notes as part of Incident Lifecycle

    Hi Sameer,

    We intend to support outbound email as part of the in product email feature set, this would mean that any emails sent would be visible on the incidents email tab. This would likely address this requirement ?
