localize privacy related task

In the new version of V31, it was first localize version of Resilient IRP. That's amazing! However, privacy related task, breach and etc.. was not localized on this version. Actually, privacy modules are not only very keen for English speaker but also non English speaker country in current. Please consider localizing of privacy modules in future version or patch.

    The Privacy Add-on is available only in English due to the nature of it being regulatory and legal-related information. We risk some loss of the communication if we try to translate the add-on into local languages.
