Add the ability to configure a (custom or set) refresh time for the List Incidents Page.

A present, the List Incidents page does not refresh on it's own.

It would be very valuable to use a List Incidents "View/Filter" as a dashboard/single pane of glass in a SOC on a big screen, to keep track of the new Incidents that are added to/filtered into that particular view in "near-real time".

Note: A 3rd party workaround for this would be to get a browser plugin that would refresh the webpage at a set interval.

    Hi I'm from a IBM partner. Some of our customers are asking for exact same feature for their Level-1 Incident Monitoring screen on SOC room. Dear Dev.team, please prioritize this request for enhancement.
