Ability to change colors of chart/graphs

Seems like all graphs are using the same colors. Feedback from our Privacy team is they would like the choice of color. This would allow them to indicate a High is red, a medium is yellow, and a low is green. But on another chart, select different colors to off set the other charts/graphs.

OK, I see. The problem I have, not every type appears every month :-)

No problem Philippe, So if every type did appear every month, then the charting library would generate consistent colors per type if the chart is sorted by type.

Hi Martin, thanks for getting back! Not sure what you mean with sorting the charts, though. I've got some monthly overviews on active/closed incident types per some other field ("affected department" or "date created"), and not every incident type pops up each month. Can you clarify please? Also via direct mail, if possible. Thanks!

If you sort your charts, and they have consistent values each month, then the sorting should generate consistent colors as a by product.

A similar thing with color schemes in analytics dashboards: the color scheme of bar charts changes "randomly", for example an incident type is shown in one color in one month and in another color in another month. This makes it somewhat hard to compare between monthly exports. It would be nice to be able to assign a "fixed" color to chart/graph elements, i.e. fields.
