I am interested in learning more about how Resilient users could more effectively and efficiently utilize Threat Feed "Hits" for triaging and escalating incidents.

Many organizations with active SOC team would like to have the option that a customized pop window will be loaded when a new incident is created. The pop up should have a short description of the incident with a direct link to the incident.
